70gLard or Beef dripping, Tallow, or 80 g unsalted Butter (melted)
210mlwater (lukewarm)
150g3 x slices of bacon cut to size

Pre-Heat Oven to 160C / 320 F
Mix Dry Ingredients

Mix Liver powder and all spices
Add Liquids into the Mix

Add Melted Lard or Beef dripping, Tallow, or Butter and stir into dry ingredients

Next add Warm Water slowly fold into the mix.

In a separate cup add eggs and cream mix and pout into mix and and stir
Baking the Pâte

Lightly Brown your bacon in a pan.

Bake the Pâte in the Pre Heated 160C / 320 F oven for for 40 – 45 min.
Take out the oven and cool the table and refrigerate and is good for 4-5 days.
