Returns & Refunds Policy

At Grassland Nutrition, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help. Please read the policy below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products (nutritional and consumable items), we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once the product has been opened or used.

If the product is unopened, unused, and in original condition, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply contact us to organise this process. Please note, return shipping is at your own cost.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund, minus the original shipping costs we covered to send the item to you.

2. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at returns@grasslandnutrition.net with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund (including shipping costs) once the claim is verified.

3. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you receive the wrong item or an incomplete order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will arrange for the correct item(s) to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

4. How to Return a Product

1. Contact us at returns@grasslandnutrition.net with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide instructions on how to return the product to our HQ at 1/12 Saltram Rd, Glenelg SA 5045.
3. Pack the item securely and return it via a tracked service.

We recommend using a shipping method with tracking. Grassland Nutrition is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

6. Exceptions

Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery (unless faulty)
• Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
• Products returned after 30 days from delivery

7. Subscription Orders

The following terms apply specifically to orders placed as part of a recurring subscription.

Cancellation before dispatch

If you wish to cancel or modify a subscription order, you must do so before the order is processed and dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and standard return terms apply.

Unwanted subscription deliveries

If you receive a subscription order you no longer want (e.g. because you forgot to cancel or skip in time), you may return the item within 30 days provided it is unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are at your expense. A refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs once the item is received and inspected.

Damaged or incorrect subscription orders

If a subscription order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, the same process as section 2 applies. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Subscription refunds

We do not issue refunds for subscription charges already processed, except where required under Australian Consumer Law or where the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent. If a payment was taken in error (e.g. after a confirmed cancellation), please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

How to manage your subscription

You can cancel, pause, or skip upcoming orders by logging into your account, or by contacting us directly.

8. Australian Consumer Law

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description.
