3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
We accept payments via secure payment gateways, including major credit cards and other offered payment methods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock errors.

6. Subscription Services

Grassland Nutrition offers subscription-based purchasing options that allow you to receive products on a recurring basis at a discounted rate. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the following terms.

6.1 Enrolment and Authorisation

When you subscribe to a recurring plan, you authorise Grassland Nutrition to automatically charge your nominated payment method at the agreed frequency (e.g. monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly) until you cancel.
Your payment details will be securely saved to facilitate automatic billing. You will not need to re-enter your payment information at each renewal unless your details change or your payment method expires.
By completing your subscription enrolment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

6.2 Billing and Renewal

Subscription charges are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
You will receive an email notification prior to each renewal charge.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the charge again. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

6.3 Modifying Your Subscription

You may update your delivery address, payment method, or subscription frequency at any time by logging in to your account.
Changes to an upcoming order must be made before the order processing date shown in your account.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at termsandconditions@grasslandnutrition.net
Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to receive any orders already processed and paid for.
We do not offer refunds for subscription charges already processed, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

6.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. You will be notified of any price change before it takes effect.
Continued use of the subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

6.7 Product Availability

In the event that a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or the option to cancel that item from your subscription without penalty.

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Grassland Nutrition and is protected under Australian copyright laws. Use of any content without permission is strictly prohibited.
